This.

I originally adjusted it with the 10mm bolts, but after driving it around and warming it up I "fine tuned" it with a long allen wrench to get the adjustment screw RIGHT against it without moving the butterfly valve at all.

so the instructions on one of the posts says that the proper adjustment is to have 2. -2.5 mm of action on the by-pass plate when the plate is at rest. in the video however that setting seemed to be the very problem this adjustment is suppose to be correcting right? because with the plate moved forward 2- 2.55 mm doesn't this create the incomplete seal and allow the air to bleed by?. I understand the sticking concept that they also want to avoid, but can we really have it both ways?. I have it set so that the stop screw is barely making contact with the plate when the plate is at full rest. I picked up 3 lbs of boost!. my factory setting (if it was still factor), after the performance shop changed out the upper pulley must have been really bleeding air by.

I think your post on here has been used to other vender's advantage.
I will figure this out despite there arrogance.
