anyone have any tips on removing oxygen sensors from the cats? I'm putting on high flow cats this weekend and getting them off safely is my only concern. Can i just use an open ended wrench and twist them off by hand or maybe with a breaker bar? I read that it can be difficult but thats coming from v8 guys. V6 not so hard? thanks!

just use a open ended wrench make sure the wrench fits good because once you round off the sensor nut your going to have a hard time removing it.

They usually come off but sometimes the threads melt and you ruin the sensor taking them out . good luck
