The heavy hitters finally came out of the shadows today and I do not mean that in a arrogant way what so ever. I am glad I was wondering when you guys were going to comment! Canadian and 2Nassty, I know you are M6 guys. Don't expect miracles right away, but I am hoping to get half decent at running the 1/4 mile. As far as the #'s, as stated before, I was quite shocked. I was hoping for low 700s on both rwhp and rwtq. Mike was surprised as well.

My car runs a BAP and ID850 injectors. I run methanol injection which helps with the fueling. Stock short block with 48,000 miles on it so far. My TC is a Yank triple disc with a 2600 stall. FSP blower cam, Matt at FSP has the specs on it. I'm making 15.5 lbs of boost. Have done all the usual mods, Pfadt tri y LTs, cai, ported throttle body. Heads, blower and snout were all ported by Lee Latozke racing head service. I think that's everything. My car just works. My best run of 9.82 was run with a DA of 1244. It should go faster but have not had a cool day to run when the track was good. I'm hoping to go 9.69 if I ever get that right combo of good track prep and cool air. My only vehicle and I drive it every day.

The only # that will matter is your trap speed right off the bat. Your ET will be less important. Trap speed =HP. Saw a TT 427 camaro last year run 11.70 @140+mph. Do I believe his car was putting down the 900rwhp he claimed, yes, it was a manual car and he couldn't build boost off the line. I've run 11.10@133 and 10.80 at 132 trap speed wasn't much affected. My car has also run 135 in "good" air. 2200 DA. Like I said Dutchman I'm not trying to rain on your parade but unless there is something you're not telling it is hard to believe. Anyways, looking forward and will be following for your results.

On race fuel with dual pumps with dual baps no where near Dutchy.
I'm not really questioning the hp numbers. I don't really care about dyno #s anyway. I do find it interesting he can run that much boost on 91 and have the fuel pump to support it. I'm sure the tuner will post soon to enlighten us. |
