Does it ever seem that no matter how much you spend on your car, something always goes wrong. Today I found out my front rims were cracked at the spokes so I need to get a new set. Anyways, last year I purchased the SLP supercharger (which is fun as hell btw!) and decided to cover the engine coils with the SLP engine cover. I couldn't get the fuel line off so I decided to remove the whole fuel rail to install the cover. Everything was going great until I went to put screw the fuel rail back on. Not one, but both of the bolts that hold the fuel rail on broke off. I didn't even get much of them in before they just broke right off. In order to hold my fuel rail down, I came up with a makeshift mount. As you can see in the following pics, it shows where the bolts broke off and how I jerry rigged the mount to hold it on. I have tried to drill a hole in the bolts to try pull them out, but so far no luck. Does anyone have any ideas how I can mount the fuel rail without it looking so ghetto? Thanks for any assistance and any points finger at me and laughs comments are welcome.

Steel bolts in aluminum are always trouble.
About all you can do is grind a dimple in the top to keep the drill on center, and drill them out. As far as the quick fix, looks better than zip ties or duct tape!

These are Rohanna RC-5 rims. If you look where the spoke meets the main wheel piece, you can see where the air was bubbling out. I felt around it and can feel the crack. I searched the other spokes on all the rims and the front ones all had the little cracked feeling so I imagine it won't be too much longer before something else breaks. I've only had them for less than 2 years with less than 10k miles on it. It's a little disheartening.

Find yourself a bracket (or make another) but spend a little more time with the bends and paint it black. Looks good!!

Yah this bracket was a quick fix using pliers to bend it haha! I was thinking of making a bracket for both sets of fuel rails so they at least look the same. I will spend more time making it look better. I guess my first option is to try drill those holes and use the helicoils to hold the new bolts in. If that doesn't work than I need to find better brackets to use.

I'd be contacting the manufacturer and raising a stink. Unless you abused those wheels, there is no excuse for them to crack like that. They should replace them, or offer you some kind of deal on some new ones. I was considering Rohanna wheels for my car, but not now.

They no longer make this wheel and I don't really like the selection they have. I am pretty disappointed that this happened, especially when it was almost $500 a wheel when I bought them.
