The factory folks that allegedly might have helped somebody with some signed stuff would prefer it not be talked about here. Allegedly. Hypothetically. Know what I mean?

Sounds like only 2015 owners have received the card in the mail. Would be cool to have however I'm happy with my signed poster and build sheets.

I emailed GM Canada with hopes of finding out a bit more than the response I received about this Certification of Authenticity.

Response I got:

"Thank you for your e-mail.

Congratulations on your 2014 Z28 Camaro!

Please be advised that General Motors of Canada Limited is not directly involved in sales transactions. Your dealership Sales Manager is familiar with the terms and guidelines of the various advertised promotions, and is in the best position to respond to your inquiry.

We thank you for your inquiry and for the opportunity to provide appropriate direction."

Generic response, but does not turn me in a forward direction on finding a way to acquire this cert. I guess its back to the dealer to be told they have nothing to do with the issuing of this.. haha

I just received mine too. Mine is #0013 of 2015. Built on June 23, 2014. My car's birthday is the day after mine. Guess we're both going to party it up big this year!

Looks like they just started sending these out recently. Hopefully, many more are currently in the mail.

Are any of the 14's owners getting these? I suspect only the US car owners will receive them? It's signed by GM USA and it's in standard measurements and not metric.

I purchased my 14 off of the lot in December of 14 and have not received the certificate. I did call consumer affairs in Early February and they responded that there were no plans to produce a Z/28 certificate at all. Guess I need to contact them again.

No certificate for mine. Happy for all those who receive one, but extremely lame to send to 2015 owners and not to 2014. Any Chevrolet folks reading here?

After a long chat with a rep. From Chevrolet Customer Care yesterday, I received the same answer. "There are no plans to offer the certificates for the 2014 Z/28 model year."

I then proceeded to explain that 2015 model owners are receiving certificates. The response was "GM only issues certificates for limited edition vehicles." Then we went through production numbers and the ZL1 certificate program to no avail.

Clearly this rep had no clue. I was able to tweet to Al Oppenheiser that we need a little help and love for the 2014 owner group along with the website. Let's see if anyone at Chevrolet or Chevrolet Performance visits us.
