When I was shopping for my Z/28 back in December, there was a dealer nearby that had a 2014 that they were willing to let go for $67k - this was without the 20% GM discount.

I actually picked my car up from that dealership. Not a pleasant place to do business ,but i am a haggler by nature. Took about 2 weeks of phone calls and bickering to land a deal at what i had it for.

Purchased the car and they refused to give me paperwork that would honor the warranty terms i had agreed too. I came back with my lawyer buddy and had a unpleasant discussion and we were escorted out. We contacted them with court papers and all of a sudden my deal was honored and free oil changes were included. Not quite the best ordeal...

On another note.... when i was there test driving and inspecting my car, the dealership had a Blue C7 with approx 10k miles sitting in the front. At a closer look the car had been repaired and not done well.... Who ever bought that blue car bought a HIT C7... there really something over there....

Daaaaaang ! I can't believe that it took all of this. Bringing a lawyer is not even enough these days. Wow! I wouldn't even get free oil changes from them.

My best friends brother in law owns Fremont Chevrolet if you guys are interested in any cars I can give him a call. We just bought a 2015 Volt from them hands down the cheapest out of any dealers and we looked around a lot. Very professional too. Like the others have said I wouldnt take my car there for oil changes or anything else for that matter.

Fremont chevrolet off of Cushing! The best place in San Jose area to go. Walked into Capitol Chevrolet and Courtesy...now called Momentum. They treated me like crap...told one sale associate I was ready to buy today. They said yea be with you in a minute...25 minutes later...nobody helped. I drove to Fremont and bought my Car 5 mins after taking Test drive.

Im getting the feeling that they don't have the best rep if this many ppl have complaints. What they did to you is a new low, I mean you buy a (taking a guess on your price) +$30,000 car and they pull this shiit.

Yup yup, Fremont Chevy is awesome. Im going to buy a nice sharks license plate frame, but until I do I don't mind rockin the Fremont Chevy frame. Specially when I drive by the other dealers I attempted to buy my car from. haha
