Can't find Nittos or Toyos on Tirerack for 20" wheels, have the 245/275 setup.

Tirerack doesn't sell Nitto tires. If you are going to buy from Tirerack I would suggest the BFG g-force sport comp 2 or an all season tire for a higher tread wear. In a V6 you won't really notice the difference in grip that a low tread wear tire will give you and you will get way better wet performance on a higher tread wear tire.

General G-Max AS-03
I've been very happy with General tires in the past, had them on my BMW 335i, they wear well and work great in the wet.

Getting 40k miles out of Pzeros would be magic. Mine MIGHT make it to 25k if I'm lucky.

I upgraded to 20"s on my 1LT and decided to save some money... I bought the Venezia Crusader tires, cost is half of what Pirellis sell for, ZR rated, very sticky, quiet, and great in wet conditions. I was hydroplaning often with the stock 18" tires. I've only had them on for a month or two, I expect them to wear faster than higher quality tires but that's yet to be seen. No other drawbacks so far, great for a daily driver that's not going to be tracked or pushed hard.

The P Zeros are horrible in the cold we get in New England. I am not that confident with them in the rain. I have a V6 and the wear is not bad. I am replacing them at 30K or so (not sure of the exact mileage as I run snows in the winter) and I think I could make it to 40K if I wanted to. I am moving to an all season which is more practical where I live.

P Zero Tires versus Replacement Tires
My p zero tires lasted about 15,000 miles and still had some wear left maybe 3,000 miles more. They were very noisy so I have replaced them with Continental Extreme Contact summer tires. If you check the wear rating they are classified at quite a higher rate.
I have had them a year and I can tell you the wear is showing well with about 8,000 on the tires and traction dry and wet conditions is very good . The noise factor is still very acceptable and these tires have the same speed rating as the p zeros. The cost is comparable to the p zeros. I think these tires may last over +22,000 miles wear and retain traction dry/wet and still not have a lot of noise at this mileage. I did like the p zeros performance until after 10,000 miles then I started to notice a difference in tires and started not to trust them especially since we do not have a spare tire to fall back if a problem occurs. i |

I have a V6... the p-zeros have about 20K on them and look like ill get the summer out of them easy. I drive about 500 miles a week for work. So, I should get them to 30K miles easy. Great grip on dry, good in wet also - a couple of wiggles in super hard downpours with hydroplaning, and I cant tell whether its the staggered RS setup up the shitty roads... .but once in a while they track with as mind of their own.

I just swapped my Pzeros for General gmax and couldn't believe the difference. The car rides better and has much less tire noise. I never realized how noisy amd rough the Pzeros were on the crappy PA roads.
