Took me 2 1/2 hours. I am sure you could do it in a lot less if you had done this before. Rate times 2.5..

You can rent a puller for free from autozone. Install tool you can make yourself.

you can rent the puller. The installer is kind of custom for the LS motors they may have one to rent they may not. there are two ways to install on the cheap. the right piece allthread (you can buy the stuff on ebay). Or about $8 longer bolt from napa. I used the $8 bolt cause I could get it same day. basically I pressed on with the long bolt, used the stock bolt torqued to about 60lbs to seat it. then torqued the new bolt in place. buy the ARP bolt much easier than the stock torque to yield pile of m$nk#y Sh$t.

hey Shifty, I am right here in St Pete Fl. I can tell you about two shops, and share some brief knowledge. There are two qualified shops in your area. The I used them both and I can tell you only what I experienced. There is Powertech Performance in St Petersburg, and there is Florida Speed & Power in Bradenton. I had powertech do all the install work on my car, (and did an excellent job at it) but they could not tune my car for beans. I ended up taking it to the second shop to have it tuned at Florida Speed, (Owners name is Matt) He was very talented with the tune, and personally that is the shop I wish I had only dealt with. Here is the number for Matt 941-756-7223. glta.
