Yeah I figured as much. Looks like I'll pull the car up and let her go to Austin or San Marcus for the day. She's not a big shopper but she doesnt want to drive on the track so she will have to figure something out.

Ya, Driveway Austin isn't really set up for "viewing." My wife is suggesting the wives get together and do something fun while we "play." She's not a big shopper either but if the girls want to have fun she can help make that happen.
If you have someone that doesn't want to stay at home but also doesn't want to hang at the track PM me with contact info for my wife contact them via email and they can set something up. She's very interested in doing that. There's tons of things they can get into while we are busy. All will enjoy.

Heads up!
Driveway Austin's website got hacked. No payment information is stored by them at all so there's nothing to worry about there. The hacking was malicious only but it did damage their site. They’re working on getting it back online. If you want to attend but haven’t registered with them yet you can do it a few ways: Call them and pay over the phone: 512-971-9100 Go there and pay in person before or on the day of: 8400 Delwau Road Austin, TX 78725 Or, wait until the site is fixed and do it like before. IF, you are going to wait until the day of to pay….Big warning here. They need to know how many people are showing up the day of, BEFORE the day of the event. They need the right level of staffing on hand and they are providing lunch as well so they kind of need a driver count before that day. The 30 day prior was a min requirement to make this a private Camaro event. We have that. People can sign up all the way up to the day of the event. It just makes life much easier for everyone if we are signed up before then. If you have any questions please either PM me or post them here and I will reply asap. Thanks, Karl

Forgot to mention....I got a new full set of the original Goodyear F1 Supercar tires back on my ride! Almost forgot how grippy those babies are! LOL.
Turns out I had two tires with screws and nails in them so Discount Tire certed out those two tires for me. Now I've got half a set of my winter tires already. Looks like they don't make the Michelin Pilot Super Sports anymore so they swapped me out to the AS3's. Doesn't hurt my feelings, I really didn't like the PSS's anyway. Couldn't get them to hookup. I'm sure the AS3's aren't going to be any better about that since they're a harder tire but for the cost I'll be giving them a try this winter. How's everybody else coming on their upgrades?

Registered and paid up. Can't wait! Should be a great weekend!
As far as upgrades.... Goodyears are waiting at Discount for me. Brake ducts and splitter are going on by next weekend. Gotta have the car ready for TWS May 2nd & 3rd so it will be good to go for this event. |

Mrs Synergy SATX is paid. Sadly only one of us will be driving. Happily it is in our new car. It is a Chevy...
