universal coolant tank?
Has anyone thought about using a universal coolant tank for the intercooler? I just did a quick search online and I'm sure out of the thousands of exact fit and universal tanks, one could be found that fits nicely under the hood. Around $50 vs $200+. I mean the custom fit is nice but I think $200 is a lot for a plastic bottle. I know some people might say why put something cheap on a car like this, but with the right tank, I think it might look OEM.

I've been looking for something for a while now. Iveueven sent requests to a few shops saying I'll pay for ot so please let me know when you can have one ready to ship. So far Nobody will take my money. Thimk I'll end up ordering a Moroso universal aluminum can and plumb it in.

Although not universal... It doesn't appear it will be plastic.

I like the D3 reservoir tank, it is aluminum and looks really nice.

Why would I want that? I said I didnt want an expensive piece. Yes that's a nice unit but I don't care about pretty. Im sure it works well. I care about if it works. If it looks like a stock coolant tank and it works then it's fine with me. I don't want it too look like junk either. I bought mine to take to the dragstrip and the road course, not car shows so pretty isn't my thing.
