Nice man! Glad you had fun! If you really wanna give those turbo cars a run for their money I'd do 3 things before your next track day. 1) put in a set of 3.73 gears in your auto( you won't believe the acceleration you gain). 2) 18 x10 rims probably gunna have to be custom made like forgestars or something with some nice extreme summer performance tires on them. 3) a set of used brembos in here installed with stainless lines. As long as your driving is good after that you should really be in the too of your class. The combines mods I mentioned for install and everything might run you 4k but it'll be worth it. Ten you can always get more suspension mods after that and then a power adder like an ipf supercharger and you won't believe what your little v6 can do. Racing and track days are an expensive game but with those mods you'd be kicking some serious butt!

I noticed by one of your photos the front end is from a SS. Did you install that?

Thanks for the info. I am considering the upgrade to Brembos, what will I need to change? I have stainless steel brake lines already installed. Also with a set of gears, what all gets changed? Is it just the inside of the differential? How big is it all (I'll probably take it in a suitcase when I come back from the states!) and what are the prices like? Installation costs here is next to nothing, but getting the pieces and parts is difficult.

After reviewing my sheet, I was at the fastest car in my class and faster than some in the other class I was competing with as well, but of course I would like the be best all around!

It was already on the car when I bought it. I am glad that it is too, I like the look much better.

The V6 Camaro is a surprising fast car around the track. I added the 1LE suspension and SS Brembo's and it made a world of difference.

It really is a well balanced car around the track. Now that I have the ZL1 it is a much heavier car and I have to learn how to drive around the track all over again.

Sounds like your having fun. Take it slow and learn the track lines and corner entry and exits. The best thing is to have fun and be able to be safe and drive the car home after each event.
