My first time at Texas World Speedway. That blue C7 is a Z06/Z07.

My 2014 1LE Watkins Glen 4/20/15 last lap of the day. Some reason the video is about 1 second off of the data. Haven't figured out why yet

Is it off on lap time or sync? If sync, it might be the clouds (low GPS signal). I use a 10Hz Bluetooth GPS (and Glonas) transponder to increase resolution and accuracy; XGPS160.

The sync is off by about a second or so. I'm using the xgps160 and the gopoint bt1. I set the stop point right on the start finish line before overlaying data but the video is a second out of sync with the overlayed data. When I checked the accuracy while at the track it was 3 feet with 16 satellites if I recall correctly

I have the very same GPS transponder : ) Actually, I have two of them for no good reason (thought I lost it).

I leave my GPS unit in the middle of top of the dashboard, where it directly sees skies. That way, I have the best reception possible short of mounting it out of the car (which I wouldn't).

Sweet, both of you! That looks like a fun track. Looking forward to getting out there.

In the mean time, here's last weekend at Summit Point. Harry tells me that his Laptimer app will get better autofocusing in the new version to arrive shortly. Until then, crappy video... sorry...

I'm not sure if the guy is on the forum, but I came across his You Tube channel and though I would share. I'll be running at Autobahn in a couple of weeks, but only the north course.

Here is my attempt at Autobahn Country Club. The guy in the gutted 1LE with race tires in the post above was running 1:11's. I'll take my 1:16.1 (seen on lap 9)

From this past Friday at Putnam Park. Running in the Midwest Muscle Car Challenge. My first time on the road course, so I have an instructor riding shotgun. We won the Novice hot lap challenge by a pretty good margin. No data logging or on screen telemetry, sorry about that.

Very nice! It sounded like you have a great instructor too.

Auto Club Speedway. Chased down an SLS. He had about a 150hp on me but it didn't matter. I ate him up in the corners
