Oh great Scott, first you get a rabbit, Rebecca sees it and gets one and now you're getting rid of yours.

Hey Steph, Good choice on the dog over the rabbit. She's really dog. Awesome.

BOUNDARIES and CONSEQUENCES

They have to boundaries and know what they are. They need to know what you expect from them, and know the consequences of failing to meet those expectations or breaching the boundaries. You have to follow through on the consequences, or they mean nothing. All 3 of my girls hated me when they were teenagers. My youngest told me she hated me, and that really hurt. But I had to stand my ground. I gave them love, and hugged them when they didn't want to be hugged, and I punished them when it hurt me to punish them. They have all turned out to be responsible adults, and have the deepest love and respect for me. "I love you" are the last words in every conversation we have, and they are the first to say it. They made mistakes in their lives, and the hardest thing I had to do was refrain from rescuing them. I cried many lonely tears over that, but it was all worth it.

If you don't do it now, it will be much more painful for you later on.

Cute Maltese Scott. Steph's looking better than expected. She's definitely the trooper that's for sure.

Had a gym teacher on highschool over 20 years ago that was an idiot but said one thing that has always stuck to me. "When it's time to punish your kids, punish them as hard as you can and when it's time to love them love them as hard as you can"

Wow...i am 19 years old and i understand that this something that a decent person would not joke about. I must say I am sorely disappointed in the lack of maturity and they say that my generation is bad. Please have more concideration for others not just yourself.

First, It is never too late.
Second, Love her and let her know you do. If this means that you have to upset her by setting rules and enforcing them then so be it.
Third, You may be the “Step” father by law but you sure sound like a daddy to me.The fact that you are looking for help demonstrates a loving father who wants what is best for his babies.
Fourth, I see by your signature that you are a faithful man, as such, you must be the spiritual leader of the house. If you are not doing so already, get all of your family to church every week. Surrounding her with loving people will help.
Lastly, evil will attack when ever it can, it may be as simple as a chipped windshield pushing you away from your faith, a daughter that tests your patience, and yes even inappropriate comments posted either in jest or with malice but it is there none the less.
Lean on your father, His grace is sufficient.

I and my family pray for you everyday God Bless.
