Ordered Zl1 questions
I just ordered a new Zl1 in crystal red tintcoat.I am a little perplexed now I noticed some of the Chevys including the camaros have crystal red metallic tint coat on the window sticker is this the same color as the crystal red tintcoat? I hope I was looking at the right color.Has anyone seen a Zl1 with this color ? I hope it looks good! My other question is does the Zl1 come with HD radio ? I cannot find anything saying it does?I would assume it does this day and age.The last question I have is does it come with a license plate bracket for the front bumper? I was hoping that they would not put holes in it.

It comes with an HD radio, 7" touchscreen. The nav is a $500 upgrade to this.
It comes with a cheap front license plate bracket. The dealer is probably smart enough to not install for you, but you should tell them to leave it alone anyway. Also tell them no dealer stickers. Can't comment on the color. |

I'm pretty sure crystal red tintcoat and crystal red metallic tintcoat are the same thing. As for the license plate bracket, it shouldn't come on the car if you didn't order it and you live in a state that doesn't require it. If you live in a front plate required state, then it may or may not.
Oh, and welcome to the Camaro family. You will love that ZL1!

Wow chevy opted out of the Hd what a bummer that makes a big difference in sound quality in my wife's car! I am sorta on the fence with this color thing I ordered it Friday I am sure I could change the color if I did it fast.I like the red hot but the crystal red looks very nice also just not sure what it will look like on the zl1 with bright spoke upgraded rims

Welcome to the ZL1 family!! Go with a retrackable front license plate on the bottom of the splitter, don't let them put holes in your bumper! You will love everything about your car and if you need any help with any mods just shoot me a PM. Iv'e tore my car completely apart for all kinds of mods! My wife was having a cow about tearing apart a brand new car. I think I'm done with all my mods to my car, but can never say never. Take care.
