You will have better light output with the 4300k kit. Remember that.
All 8k will give you is the blue purple color which if you have projectors you should get fairly naturally and less light output. |

4.3 is pretty much as bright as it gets, but as you can see, it doesn't look nearly as good as the 6 or 8k

The whole reason behind a HID's and their respective projector housings is light output and how much better and easier it is to see at night with them. And like I said the HID projectors will give you the blue/purple flicker that everyone likes when you see one coming down the road. A bulb that lights up blue will only give you greater fatigue at night when trying to see with them. But as far as Camaro's go, if you have the RS package with HID's leave your lights alone. Your good to go as is.
If you want HID's with regular housings learn how to retro-fit projector housings into your car first. Not trying to take sales away man. Just want to educate people and help people from being blinded by improperly installed "kits". |

as long as your lights are aimed properly, i have yet to see any problem with glare or beam pattern. as far as going bluer, i disagree about the fatigue. 6k is the closest color to sunlight there is, meaning less fatigue. granted if you get crazy with the lights and go to 10-12, 30,000k, it goes down dramatically. as long as people use their head when installing, there should be no issues.

True about the 6k's but they are white-ish in there output. As I said the 8k's are pointless for being blue-ish.

We are pretty close to having an aftermarket p13w in HID. I don't have a price, but I'm really hoping to keep it under $200, though because of the low quantity being produced, it is going to be A LOT more expensive for the bulb than normal. If we can get 300 pre-sold, I can do them for the same as my other kits, but I just don't see that happening. It is going to be a 25w kit to keep the HIDs from melting anything. I ordered a housing and another bulb to send to my manufacturer and I am pretty sure they are going to make it. I'll keep you all updated.
