Okay, well I was expecting around that so it's not home equity loan worthy, definately not cheap though. I'm going to have to wait until at least next year before I can get my custom plates. My 98 plates were $65 this year...

Here it is in PDI.. Sorry I didn't take any more before it went off to Len Lyall to get the CGM stipes painted on. 15 miles on the car at delivery, 83 total now. All I can say about the car is WOW, I'm in love.

When did you order from them? I ordered from Purifoy the first part of June and have moved up to #10 so far...... the wait is killing me! Did you ask Purifoy if they could paint your stripes? They said they could do mine but I haven't been able to get a price out of them so I may have to have someone else do it. ~ Rick

LOL...They wanted....are you ready for this....$2600. Len Lyall is doing it for $1000. Call and talk to Paul in the body shop at Len Lyall.
I ordered in Feb. and they didn't place the order until March. Long story, still pissed. This was the last car I will ever buy from Purifoy.

Well, I went through Burt cuz they only wanted $1000 down and I got the car for under MSRP and got some free polished rims. Just the actuall service really sucked.

Oh, I got my plates the other day. Without getting custom plates, just the basic it ran me $648.20 only because I got them a month early so they pro-rated it. If I waited till Sept. when my temp tags expired it would have ran me $692 and change. That's for a 2010 2LT in Denver, Colorado 7.72% tax rate.

ud_lose, who at Purifoy did you deal with? I ordered from Angie in Feb. Finally got a TPW of 8/24 I also got the "around $2600 for painted stripes" I'd like to see some pics of the work Len Lyall does. Congratulations on finally getting it! She's a looker!

Please post pics of the Stripes!!! I want to see how good they look.
Also, please give a report on the paint job.

I want black painted on my RJT as well, but I am considering a custom Shop.
(3R Racing).

As for Tags, I am debating on Standard and USN tags. Damn, well over $800!

I am doing the "support the troops" plates also. I will post pictures of the stripes Monday the 31st when I get it back from Len Lyall. They said that they will color sand and you will not be able to feel the stripes. Going to talk to them today about painting the bowties and the sharkfin, body color. I'll let you guys know.
