My train ETA is still the same--Thursday@8:01 am, but it has just passed the OR/ID (Huntington, OR) border, which is five hours from the railyard. I certainly hope it keeps up the pace and not stop and wait for indeterminate lengths of time like the rest of you guys. What frustrates me is that the train is probably going to travel right through the area where I live on it's way north before it can be put and a truck and brought south again.

Man i just about started screamin, I work nights and so i get home this morning around 4:30 and lay around til about 6:15 and doze off right? Well i keep the phone near me with the ringer off so i can check it when i get up well i have just woke up for a second just prior to typing this i hit the caller id button and lo' and behold it says Collins Chevrolet with the little red message light flashing!!!! So i immediately check the message and it says "Shawn, this is daniel with Collins Chevrolet just wanted to call and let you know that your car.. cover is in whenever you want to pick it up" what are the odds? I ordered that thing last thursday and he told me next day for it ,i didnt really care when it came in . I thought i would share that i got all excited for nothing ,oh well the saga continues.

My car arived at the railyard on Thursday but hasn't been offloaded. After speaking with someone at the railyard, my salesman expects it to be offloaded on Friday. That will make 9 days sitting at the railyard waiting to be offloaded. Last Thursday I was expecting to have my car on Friday, on Friday I was expecting to have my car on Monday, on Monday I was expecting to have my car on Tueday. For the sake of my sanity, I now expect to have my car by Christmas.

My Camaro (TPW 8/3 ) was built on 8/4 and shipped on 8/5 by rail. It got to the N.J. railyard on 8/10- Fast right ?. It then didn't make it the 120 miles to my Ct dealer until 8/21. Another 11 days.
I know what you guys are going through... It's a killer !.

My hatred of this process has hit an all time high. My buddy on here fellow board member ghost rider's car made it to dealership today. Now normally that wouldn't bother me but he ordered from same dealer as me a week after me, his car was built shortly after mine and I'm pretty sure shipped later than mine. So what I missing here, mine just got to the waiting for a truck stage yesterday afternoon and no word from dealer and his is at the dealer. I mean I'm happy for him but what the F*** happened.
