Just to follow up if anyone is interested in doing a deal this way, my chevy dealer did the deal for us and they called it an In-and-Out. They charged a fee on top of the purchase price that was reasonable and handled all the paperwork for us. I'm now the proud owner of a 2013 2SS/RS 1/le!
