Door lock issue

Now i am going to try to explain this as good as possible. When i lock the car with the fob or when it automatically locks when i drive the passenger side is quite louder that the driver side. So i noticed the lock/unlock indicator that pops up when it is unlocked is loose the the groove while the drivers side is stiff like it is supposed to be. Is there a mechanism in the door that just controls that? Do the lock indicator need to be tightened? Any help would be great.
