I would be in the 25 to 28k range for a no nonsense quick sale. same car in Orlando area went for 28l just 2 months ago.
C6 reveal isn't helping either.

Car Max will give me 28K, and they don't even know what a 1LE is!
Here in CA I found only one other for sale, a 2013 1SS(cloth interior) 1LE selling for 32K with 17K miles. There are not many 1LE's available.
