Bluetooth calls and USB music stopped working

I have used my USB port with Zip drive music for months now says only one song on it. Should have like 60 songs. I also noticed Bluetooth isn't working any ideas. Never had trouble before.

Couldbe a bad PDIM, take it to dealer under warranty and have them fix.

Ugh. Hate the dealer they always scratch up my car. Every time. If no ideas on forum I could call that telephone number for issues with infotainment

Okay an update. My Bluetooth began working on its own. I put the Zip drive in my home computer and got weird message. There was only 2 songs instead of 71. I deleted the 2 and re added music. I put in USB port in car and now works ok so far. So something caused the songs to disappear. Let's see if happens again.

There is no PDIM with the My Link radio, streaming Bluetooth audio is built-in to the My Link.
