To much to read... I have the LS3 and get about 18 MPG in mixed driving.

Your statement holds no water.

Not interested at all in heavy, broad shoulder OHC engines. I have replaced the 2 foot long cam chains, guides and tensioners for several people on OHC 4.6 Ford engines with less than 100,000 miles.

I buy Vettes, V8 Camaros and V8 trucks, i don't limit my options at all.
