Forget about the V8 Camaro and V8 Chevy/GMC trucks? GM is using "pushrod engines are a throwback from the 60's" in these vehicles as well, not only for the "low profile for the corvette".
Your statement holds no water.

Not interested at all in heavy, broad shoulder OHC engines. I have replaced the 2 foot long cam chains, guides and tensioners for several people on OHC 4.6 Ford engines with less than 100,000 miles.

I buy Vettes, V8 Camaros and V8 trucks, i don't limit my options at all.
