I don't hate any colors. Some combos don't work for me. White with red stripes is weird to me. I've always been a silver fan. It is a safe bet, and easier to keep clean too.

Yellow isn't far behind, but like the op said, some black on it can make it change, but everyone that has one thinks they have friggen Bumble Bee, I hate that.
