Room for subs in trunk? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just wondering if anyone put subs in their trunk. when i get mine i plan to put all new speakers in and two 10 or 12 inch subs. is there enough room for a sub box that big and how does one get to the spare tire if need be?

try a bazooka tube. they put out great bass and dont take up much space.

I don't like putting subs in the trunk because the smell of the lunchmeat and cheese lingers and if the oil leaks through the wrapper it's hard to get out of the carpet, however, I do like to put pizzas in the trunk.

Maybe that's just a regional joke?

I have 2 ten inch subs in the trunk of my Camaro and still have space for other things. Since I have the SS, I have no spare tire. Doesn't come with one!

I didnt say it would blow the windows out. Most people dont want to rattle crap loose on the car. They just want nice base that stock systems dont offer.
