I'm painting my calipers..... (Pic Heavy) - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Since I can never stop doing things to my car, I've decided to paint my calipers. I ordered the paint from G2 and I got inferno orange to match my stripes. I've already jacked my car up and cleaned everything off. They are ready for paint in the morning. I will post pics of everything when I'm done. So far it seems pretty easy, let's hope tomorrow goes well.

Almost looks like Red Jewel Tint Coat in some picks.. But looks really good!!!

It's inferno orange metallic but it came out a little darker because the calipers were black. I like the way it turned out.

I got them from here. They are a little expensive but great quality. You can choose different sizes (since front a rear caliper are different) and you get 4 decals per order. I got a set a 4"X1" and 3.25"x.75". They fit perfectly.

yah I thought about that after I put them back on. It rains so sporadically here I don't even bother most of the time haha! Shame on me, I know.

Where did you order your paint?
How much did it take to cover all four Brembos?

I see u painted your rotors. I plan on doin that too. Will it rust through? How many layer did u use? (On rotor)

I ordered the caliper paint directly from G2. I used the whole can and was able to apply 4 layers on each caliper plus a little left over for touch up.

I'm embarrassed to say but I didn't paint the rotors, they are just that dirty haha. It rains so much here I don't always keep her washed.
