Thanks. Tint was more for practical reasons for me than looks. 110+ temps with leather is just a wee bit warm. The amount of heat reduction above 35% was a minimal improvement. (33% is the legal limit here btw, at least in the front windows)

Engine Mods vs New GM Crate
Anyone have any input as to whether it is worth spending thousands to upgrade my L99. With all of the different possibilities, wouldn't it just be easier to go out and purchase a crate motor from GM Performance 376/525 and avoid the hassles of trying to figure out what is the best set up? Seems to me, it would save $$$ and less stress about warranty if I went this route. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Interesting idea. I don't know how it would work though... I mean, you'd still be running the stock axles, tranny and rear end, which really aren't up to the task of tons of HP. Would they still be under warranty?

idk about you, but as soon as i'm finished paying it off (2 yrs), i will be doing this to my L99: http://www.magnacharger.com/p-138-ch...arger-kit.aspx along with the rear end and suspension.
