A6 lfx w/3.91 gears trifecta tune
I have a 3.91 rear end, axles, and hub ready to be installed, but I need to address the calibration of the speedo. I'm hoping someone has done it and has a trifecta tune I can barrow to upload it into my system. Not sure exactly if that's doable, any help or advice is appreciated.

I didnt think Trifecta charged for a just a gear change to fix speedo. Couple years ago when i had Trifecta and changed the gears there was no extra fee. C-Redfly, are u saying u have Trifecta or are you stock and wanted a modified Trifecta to use? That wont happen, but if u have Trifecta he should change it for you. Its a simple change, shouldn't be a charge for a speedo fix.

Ohh ok, I wasn't sure it was tied to a vin. I thought it would be able to upload into the same model and engine vehicle. I don't have any tuning software. I found a guy out here in so cal that does computer tunes using HPtuners pro. He could he could correct my speedo and remove the 118mph governor for 180.

what does he charge for a complete tune? 180 seems like a lot for something so simple.

I wasn't clear, sorry. That's a complete tune. I just don't know much about what exactly he can tune to get that 25hp and 17tq I see others have gotten. But I definitely asked him about my speedo and governor since those are primary concerns.
