which springs?

I want to lower my 12 SS
There are so many types of springs and how much they lower
How did you decide what springs and how much lower?

I am looking at 1" BMR or Hodgekiss
They make 1.25 and 1.4

The roads in Colorado suck but we do have some awesome roads in the mountains

Thanks for the help

I used BMR 1.25". Looks perfect to me. No rubbing.

1" BMR here, no problems at all, the bumps will hurt a bit more, but it's not crazy stiffer than stock.
