Driver's Continuing Education

I couldn't find anywhere on here that this had been done, but I thought it would be interesting to create a thread for people to post common driving errors they see others make on a consistent basis and then explain what the correct thing to do in the situation should be.

What do y'all think?

I will start this off with the mythical, "simultaneous left turn across median cut-through."

I see this happen A LOT around entrances/exits to strip shopping centers that have a big box store chain (like HEB, Target, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) anchoring the strip with several smaller businesses filling up the retail space.

Good first post.

Here's one that I hate, almost smashed into an idiot this morning who turned into my lane, without a turn signal of course, and looked at me crazy when I drove past them after I honked.

I would be the red car in this picture, only difference is I was driving straight on a road and they turned out from a street on the right into the left lane that I was in.
