The track gates open at 0700 hours. You can be there as early as 0700. I believe (and obviously will nailing down a good schedule as the event is nearing) we'll start the first classroom session at 0800 hours so we can get them on the track at 0830 hours. The second and third classes will follow. The guys at the track are going to set this up to run smoothly so we can get everyone in the classroom and then out on the track. Once the classroom session is finished, it's simply race race race until 4:30 or 5pm. We'll see how we are doing with our sessions as we get later in the day. We are also trying to look into doing a parade lap at the end of the day. As people arrive in town, I'd love for everyone to meet at the track for some HUGE group Fest pix and a parade lap. Then we can all cruise on over to the hotel together.

Oh, and with that, we got our final entry last night! We are set, folks! 75 spots have been FILLED!!!

I'm going to start working on placement for groups now just so I don't have to do it as we get closer. I'd rather get as much out of the way as possible now so there's less to do later.
