new coilovers and wheels any tricks or tips for set up?
Hello all.
I am going from a drop spring pfadt setup to a BC coilover set up. I am still going to use my pfadt sways and end links. I also just changed from stock wheels and tires to forged mono block wheels with 315 35 20 tires on the rear and 275 40 20 on the front. Since I have a little wider fenders I was thinking of using a small spacer just for the front. That aside, anything I should know or do when I install the coilovers? Thanks Bill

Ok. If I buy these coilovers used... what is a good starting place to set them for stiffness and height?

Set everything in the middle and then just adjust softer/stiffer on the front or rear end of the car to get to where you want it to be. Adjustments on the rear of these cars with the BC coilovers isn't the easiest thing in the planet, you'll need extenders and to drill a hole in the trunk to allow access, but it's a great inexpensive set that we sell a ton of here. For ride height, that's more of a preference if anything, so get a good feel for where you'd like it to sit!

I currently have drop springs on the car. So I would like to start at about 1.25 inch drop. I would like to set the coilovers Close before they go on the car. Is there a measurement that would be a good starting point?
