Camaro plant down for next 3 weeks.
Just learned the Camaro plant (Oshawa) will be down for 3 weeks starting at 10:30 PM EDT tomorrow (June 25, 2015).
So if you have your order in, and your car hasn't been built yet, there's a good reason. I guess don't expect much movement in your order while the plant is down.

So is this the whole plant or are they still doing quality control and shipping cars?

Some shipping will happen, but at a much slower rate as the shipping company also shuts down.
But their shutdown is only for 10 days instead of the 3 weeks for the plant itself. Don't know about QC. My guess (and it's only a guess) is that no QC will be going on during this time.
