The thing that really gets me is that the vehicle was having similar issues before all this latest trouble. They would have to prove that your mods caused the damages. That would be tough considering the issues you had before the mods. You might want to talk to a lawyer. 3000 can buy a decent lawyer.
Well here's the thing the service center that works on my car is diff than the dealership I got it from. And I don't think they know it's a lease. And I'm not gonna say unless I'm directly asked lol, I spoke with then Friday last and they said they found pieces of metal in the heads. Which could make sense bc there metal shaving pouring out like confetti when I took off one of the cats, all that stuff you see on top of the uhaulbox is metal

Well then, I hope the debris didn't score up the cylinder walls. Good luck!

If a non-leased vehicle had the same issue they could very easily say the warranty has been voided. Warranty work on a financed or lease vehicle is the same. During turn-in at the Lease could be an issue. But the same dealer could say the same thing with a financed vehicle.

Hopefully you can got this all figured out without having to fork over a large amount of cash. Probably should have gotten it figured out before doing mods to it. It sounds like it was giving you problems from the get go.

Best advice I've heard is compression test number six and take it from there.

Just remember- it doesn't matter at all if it's a lease. When turned in, they'll check it for condition and if it runs well, case closed. It wouldn't matter if you swapped the engine five times. I don't know why people think a lease is somehow some magical all-knowing thing. Make sure it's in good condition when turned in- case closed. Nothing else matters. The dealer won't give a crap- they'll just park it until the lease company picks it up.
