What did you do for valve train? I was thinking of going with the entire LS9 valve train to support the LS9 cam (LS9 springs, valves, pushrods etc). Everything except lifters because I DO NOT want to remove the heads. I hear the lifters are the same anyways.
Might be a typo on your part but you won't change the valves without removing the heads. I'm not sure why it made more power but I had the LS9 ported heads from LPE installed on my car, complete with titanium intake and inconel exhaust valves, comp cams dual valve spring kit and picked up 18 HP over LSA ported LPE heads, they must flow a little better, I lost .5 psi of boost compared to other cars done with same pulleys

I'm trying to do the same upgrade with the GM OEM LS9 cam, anyone know where I can buy the springs from? It would be great if I can get some help with this

My 09 CTS-V had an LS9 cam in it and it dyno'ed an additional 20, twenty, rear wheel horse power than the stock cam.... NOT WORTH IT in my opinion.

Go bigger.

I thought I saw a thread somewhere stating the ls9 cam is hard on the valve tips or something?
