Adding coilovers without lower ride height?
Looking to do another suspension upgrade, but as it is I can barely make it out of my very steep driveway without scrapping the bottom of the car. May have another half an inch of clearance (just a guess).
I was wondering whether adding coilovers is possible without lowering the car, and if so, does that just defeat the purpose anyway? I am planning to move in the next few months, so figured with adjustable coilovers I can lower the car later. It's for a daily driver that I plan to take on a road course 1-2 per year, and was hoping to see a benefit in cornering. BTW am thinking BC Racing BR Series. Thanks for any info!

You learn to enter & exit on an angle, one wheel at a time. Lastly, I have a set of pedders xa's for sale.

Thanks for the input. I emailed BC and got a reply this morning saying the coilovers introduce at minimum a 1" drop...Understand most people want that, but that seems like a lot for a minimum?

Driveway problems or parking lot? I use curb ramps for my drive way as I'm lowered on coil overs but the ramps let me not scrap my drive way. Just food for thought
