I went ahead and ordered the LPE relocation bracket.

If going a 9.17 and a 2.55 upper what are all the required parts needed for the change?

Based off all the posts, I've read this is what I believe you need.

1. New Crank Assembly (ATI Super Damper)
2. New Serpentine Belt (You can find size on the chart)
3. New Crank Pulley (the 9.16 inch)
4. New Crank Bolt
5. Idler Relocation Bracket
6. New Supercharger Pulley (the 2.55 inch)
7. New Supercharger Idler Pulley (I've read that the belt may slip easier if you don't replace the idler pulley with a wider one)
8. New AC belt (Some say you don't, but GM states that they are one time use belts only)
9. New Injectors
10. Tune

I believe thats the comprehensive list, but I may have missed something

Add to that list a boost-a-pump.

Relocation bracket..

What if someone has a 9.1 crank pulley but changes the upper supercharger idler to 100mm. Leaving the lower crank idler as stock? I want to upgrade my overdrive from 8.6 to 9.1.

The upper idler will not change overdrive. It only improves appearance and belt wrap.

I actually called Lingenfelter about that chart showing you don't need the relocation bracket, I was told by them that yes you need the bracket and that this chart was out of date. I used the bracket with my 2.55/9.1 setup with no issues, here is the new chart.
