So, this past weekend did what I consider our first really big change to the car. We installed the new Hooker Headers Blackheart "RACE" exhaust system. Long tube headers, no cats, xpipe and full 3" exhaust. Before taking this on we had searched and spoke to quite a few folks in regards to doing the tune once we were done. My wife, being the very smart person she is, suggested getting a hand held tuner from JRE and that way if we continue to make changes, we don't have to schedule appts, drive a distance or anything else to get the tune changed. Well, we bought the SCT X4 from JRE, followed the instructions, received the tune from Ted, less than 12 hours later. Saturday before tearing the car apart, I loaded the tune. Went to work on the car. Put the battery cable back on and turned the key. Besides being greeted with the most fantastic sound I've ever heard from a car, it was like the computer didn't even know we did anything. No codes, no lights, throttle response is instant and with a 180 mile round trip cruise yesterday, nothing but perfect.
Ted has earned a stellar reputation and this is why.

I will not search for anyone else for my future performance upgrades, I've found a trusted shop and will continue to do business with them.
Ted, thank you. I'm more than impressed.

Ah, PCB our second home. That is our vacation spot and where we will retire too when the time comes. We love it there, and yes, we live the salt life in our hearts even here in the midwest.

I was born in the southwest...very beautiful and I really love the mountains. I would guess that Northern New Mexico is midwest??? I don't really know but I love it all. I think I am going to stay in Florida though.

Getting back to Ted I have been doing business with him for years. He does a great job and you can call and talk to him anytime.
