I switched to MPSSs late last fall and absolutely love them for the street.

I'm picking up my new Z this Thursday and am having S04PP's installed prior to pickup. I'm not tracking the car and need it to not try and kill my wife and I if theres water on the roads. I've had good luck with them on other cars but nothing at this power level.

Hankook RS3 tires add to a much better street ride.
Don't know how well the RS3 holds up at the track though.
I had RS3 on my 1LE and they were pretty good at the track, looked better than the original Goodyear as well.

I am sure the Trofeo's are much stickier on the track though.

Those tires are amazing at many things.

I'm running the OE Continental ExtremeContact DW on my M and like them a lot. A lot of the fellow forum members go to the MPSS when changing but not all of us. I run Yokos on my WRX and 944.

had the Bridgestone Potenza S04s for over 13k miles...great. They will not make this beast a caddy but they are great in the rain and cold weather and generally good, cheap @$280 and you can even get them at costco with nitrogen. They are good for general miles.

I did try them at an autox and they were not good. I use trofeos for the track. So if you want general use AND performance I would trust brt's always sound advice and try the yokis.
