On Chevrolet.com, when building/pricing/searching inventory they pop up.

Most of the pop up ads are "get a Quote" ones and are useless.

You are looking for the pop ups that say "Private Offer". You fill in info of a new buyer and they email new buyer a certificate. Buyer takes it to dealer when signing paperwork. The offer is good for another 1000 off a Camaro.
