The last update from Vararam was around June 21. Next week it will be one month since the last update. I think we need a monthly update from Vararam. So Vararam how about an update sometime next week. Then I won't bother you again for another month. Maybe.

I'm hoping he meant the MSD unit as well.

I believe Vararam is stating that they are waiting on patents.

MSD states their design is not competitive with the the factory LS3 intake and will NOT be marketed.

It would be nice for Vararam to keep potential customers in the loop.

It's all good. I just worried for a second that Vararam had tapped out too... LoL

Like I have said before the Vararam design should work out very well as long as both plenums can be supplied with enough air or 100KPA. The plenum and runners are of a proven design. It also appears that Vararam has taken great pains regarding the runner entry points.

I have to say that MSD did max out the "bread box" plenum design with the air going in every which direction versus the smooth flow that the Vararam will have.

Hope you're right. I've been planning a top end build and all this manifold development has been putting a damper on things...

I guess they're still waiting for the 2012 cold air intake patents also

If the Vararam falls through, I'm going to look into doing some small bore LS7 heads and an MSD intake...

I'm sure they are busy prepping up for the 2016+ powertrains as well now.

It'll add a grand or two to the project though...
