Hello CamaroFest 6 Participants!

It's Getting Close and we are just a little over two weeks away!!!

Start shining those rides up for one AWESOME EVENT!!
Please print out the attached Registration Form and Bring it with you to Registration to expedite the process!

Camaro Fest 6 - Show and Shine Information
SATURDAY, Aug 8
REGISTRATION 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
***UNDER THE BRIGHT YELLOW TENT***

Judging will be conducted by several Certified ISCA judges as team leads and several experienced members of the Derby City Camaro Club using standard ISCA guidelines.
Participants will be judged on 5 categories:
· Paint
· Body
· Interior
· Engine
· Overall Detail / Cleanliness
Since most participants will be traveling long distances to the event, we will omit undercarriage judging for this show!
REMINDER: Judges can only evaluate what they can see, so make sure to have your car open when you are ready to be judged.
Adams Representatives will make selections for Several Best of Awards including:
· Paint
· Exterior
· Interior
Awards for:
First Place Awards:
· 1st Generation Camaro
· 2nd Generation Camaro
· 3rd Generation Camaro
· 4th Generation Camaro
· 5th Generation Camaro
Second & Third Place:
· 5th Gen Camaro
Best of Awards:
· Engine Bay
· Best of Show
NEW for 2015:
· Best Firebird
· Club Participation Award (for out of town clubs)

And in fairness, car show participants will be ask to judge Derby City Camaro Club Cars for an internal Participant Choice Award!

Jim do you have to be present at all? Reason I ask is I will be with the camarocross group and not sure when I will be free. Would like to park the car there though

You will not need to be with the car. We will be giving out Judge Me Now cards that when your vehicle is ready to be judged, you will place in the windshield. When our judging team comes around will take the card, letting you know the car has been judged.

Awards start at 4:00. Once your car has been judged you are free to move it, as we know racing will be taking place throughout Saturday.
