Get the Drag ones, I am not a fan of the "bead screw" look around the first one.. I would even paint the center hub cover to match the car color. Just my 2cents worth

To me, these wheels are MUCH different. It really depends on what look you're goin for (obviously). If you like the classic muscle car theme, the top one for sure (although the Foose wheels are much better looking IMO). If you're aiming for the more modern, tuner look, then the bottom one without question.
