Can anyone recommend a license plate holder for the aggressor 2 bumper? Unfortunately I live in a two license plate state.

My installer told me yesterday he would rather die than install another one. I guess I will do a ZL1 conversion for my car. They have added strips of metal under almost all of the flat areas of the facia in order to get rid of the waviness. Good news is it was going into the paint booth when I arrived yesterday afternoon. Should have the car back Friday.I will post pics when I receive it.

Right, ive followed this bumper since inception. Ive also done a decent amount of body work, and a lot of fiberglass work in my life. These bumpers really are like a thin skin, they are wavy mainly due to how thin they are. They have no support and almost collapse because of how flimsy they are.

They have to be filled with fiberglass, reinforced with wood or metal, etc etc.

And the lines/tabs don't fit into the stock grilles and other pieces. A real headache haha.

Had mine installed over this past week. I'm having problems with the grille, especially in the middle. the grille doesn't seem to fit and the tabs are sticking out in the front. There's also some gaps at the top of the bumper along the hood. Any advice to get this fixed?

Unfortunately, there isn't a trick, it needs to be cut/sanded/filled/test fitted a bunch of times to get all the tabs correct and to get the line to mate up to the grille without a gap.

This plus one thousand. If the bumper is already painted you may risk damaging the paint due to the amount of modification you'll have to do.

I used the phantom grille instead of the stock grill, so I didn't have to worry with the fitment issues with the stock grille. Before I decided to go that route I had the same problems you are having. I know the tabs on the fascia for the grille need some dremmel loving to allow the grille to fit properly. The hood alignments can be fixed by modifying the holes that the "L" brackets fit into. My hood has a little larger gap on one side. I notice it because I know it's there but most other people don't.

I might end up going the phantom grille route. Did you have the same problem with the stock grille at the top of the bumper as well? How did you install the phantom? I'm assuming you mounted it more towards the front than you typically would in order to hide the tabs. I'd just be worried about whether or not the grille fills the whole space. I'd really like to get the DJ Grilles Predator grille, but I have no budget for that at the moment.
