Hi everyone,

My name is Dan, I'm in Essex and I have bought an inferno orange Camaro SS from the states back in May. I have been working abroad a lot the last couple of months and not had much chance to post on here or get it on the road, but this week I have been off and finally got the IVA and MOT done and will be putting it on the road legally from 1st August.

I already know Julian from here through the delorean club. I am unfortunate enough to have one of them too!

So far I've only driven it back from Southampton and up to Norwich for the IVA and a bit locally round town, but it certainly puts a smile on my face, love it.

Here's a couple of pics. First one in the states, last one this morning at the IVA center. It looks more orange in real life, the camera seems to make it look a bit red.

Thanks for the welcome

Its all registered now. It came with a programmer which I've used to turn off the 4 pot mode, much better now!

You need to lose a bit of that lawn Dan!...
I struggle with having only 60mm clearance either side entering the garage doors but it's still preferable to the length issue cos the front end is so pointy on a Gen5.
