bad gas or.....
recently every time i get done filling up gas and go to start my car it hesitates for a moment and then starts up. and after filling up one night i got a cel the next morning. put some fuel injector cleaner in (usually solves this problem) couple of days after and still getting cel, power is fine but im not sure if i should just run the gas out or not.

It's not bad gas. I would go get the CEL referenced and see what the car is telling you.

Agreed. You have a problem that could eventually leave you stranded one day. Get to a dealer.

Your injectors wont live long if your using fuel injector cleaner that often. Just because a little can be used rarely does not make alot better. The solvents will attack the internals of the injector and can cause premature failure.

Do you top it off after the gas pump automatically shuts off? I've heard problems about the vent valve, purge or canister for this issue, get the codes checked

Could be water in the gas. Gets stirred up when you fill it.
Try a bottle of dry gas in the tank.
