Magnaflow X-Pipe
Currently have a muffler delete with a Borla X-Pipe and no resonators. I will be ordering Stainless Power Headers with off-road pipes (I plan on going supercharged in the next 1.5 - 2 years). I assume that running basically open headers will not sound that great and get me into some trouble.
So my questions are following: 1. What is the correct part number for the X-Pipe (11386?) 1. Where would I place the Magnaflow resonated x-pipe in the system 2. Would it connect with lap or butt joints? Also, if anyone is running a similar exhaust, please post a video of what it sounds like! |

TheLegend53,
The Magnaflow part # 11386 is indeed the correct part number. The resonated X-Pipe will take the place of the Borla X-Pipe you currently have. And as far as connections, the Magnaflow Resonated X-Pipe will need to be welded in place, which any reputable exhaust shop will easily be able to perform. In THIS thread you will find some pictures along with what other Camaro owners have to say. Please feel free to call us, email or PM us if you have any other questions. Have a great day! Kind regards, -Adrian 888.308.6007 |

Thanks JDP Sales.
Anyone know of a good shop around Indy? I tried looking for one a couple of years ago for my truck and didn't have any luck. Will it matter that I wont have any cats when they do the work? |
