Ok i'm SO excited that I have to share this. I now have found 3 ways to get a discount on this car! Marvin at Superior rocked at double checking this for me! My father is being gracious enough to give me $1500 from his GM card (points) towards the car, since i have USAA auto insurance it is $750 off, and the College Grad program (ends at the end of September) puts the car at supplier pricing instead of at MSRP (knocks off another $1100 or so). It'll be a dream come true if this all goes over smoothly when my baby comes in!

Yeah I did too!

Actually I went to three different Papa Johns around the area and got three free pizzas. Hell ya!
Just another perk of owning a Camaro.

Where are you at in NE KS, Rookie13? Where did you order from? Just curious. Our cars were less than 100 apart on the production line...

Monty where you at man - Dude, head over to KC and find my car. Shoot, you're probably out driving yours, huh?!!!

Thaaaaat's right - she was in KCMO this morning ay 9:00am. Sales Manager called me and said she'll be here any time now - no clue when.

Dig this, my car was tagged for expedited shipping. Nobody can tell me why. I looked on my Window Sticker on chevy website, sure enough - Expedite to Customer is 1/4 way down on the MSRP Column.

Does anyone else have this?

Calculated the days - Oshawa to KCMO, looks like 3 dayS???? When I first looked on camarotracking.com it said Truck, WHERE 95% of everyone else INCLUDING YOURS SAID RAIL ON DAY 1. Mine has always been Truck. Today it says Rail, but my Sales Manager said they got the call it was in KCMO and has been on a truck since it left Oshawa.

How do I confirm this - and ANY CLUE Why? It's even possible my car will be here tomorrow.

I'm not going to sleep tonight - LOL!

I'm pretty sure mine ended up being $27,000-ish without sales tax. However, I did get the RS package and sunroof with my 2LT. I don't want to speak too soon until the car is actually in my hands (so to speak), but if this all works out i'd say i'm pretty proud of myself! Congrats on your good deal!

I just checked www.camarotracking.com and saw this...
NKBCMX 2G1FS1EWXA9139799 Rookie13 Avialable to Ship RAIL 08/27/09 - - 08/25/09

My car left on Monday or Tuesday by rail. I've been calling the CSX tarcking line twice a day...mine has made it to Battle Creek, MI. Hopefully you will be getting your car soon!!! I don't expect mine until middle of next week, but may get surprised!!! My sticker said this "ORDER TO DELIVERY EXPEDITE TO CUSTOMER " Is this what you were meaning? I expect to wait the longest amount of time, but hope for the least amount. I am really surprised our car did not get pulled for a QC check!!!! Good Luck, and let me know if you get your car!!! Post Pics!!!!!!!

I ordered from Murdock in Manhattan. Here was my timeline.

FRI: My car arrived to KCMO(Fairfax)
SUN: My car arrived at the trucking company.
TUE: It was delivered to the dealer.

Oh and expedite shipping is on everyones sticker.

According to camarotracking.com your camaro hasn't been shipped yet. I think your salesman might be misinformed. If camarotracking is right then it will be at least a week till your camaro arrives. Once you get that boxcar info you can follow it.
