2013 Camaro RS Dash Noises

Hey All,

I have a noise coming from behind my dash and in my opinion sounds like an old loading computer and its driving me nuts! My car is still under warranty has 32k miles. I took it to the deal the service advisor went on a ride with me and heard it... Service tech took it out and did not hear it but the advisor did and told me they were going to fix the issue. I get a call yesterday from the service manager saying they cant and will not fix it until the sound it "more pronounce"... so you are telling me I pay 33k for a car and is under warranty but you will not fix it until it gets worse???? I don't think they can do that?

Ive been reading around on here and saw the post with similar issues with the #09-01-37-001 code. I am going up there after work to get this issue settled.

Any help would be appreciated!!!
