If you have an L99, the x-pipe replaces the resonator, so you lose about 15lbs.

I recently did a xpipe and eleminated the Hpipe and resonators. Power wise the throttle respone feels just a hair more responsive but nothing significant and sound is a lil higher pitched and the cam is more noticeable at idle. Also cut down the drone around 1800 rpm a lil bit as well.
