Goodbye 2010 Camaro SS

Said goodbye to my 2010 Camaro L99 - Sold to Carmax, had over $5,000 worth of hail damage from a bad storm in Missouri while I was in school. I didn't want to have the car completely taken apart and put back together in order to fix it. She had 3,000 miles when I purchased her and we ended our time with 36,000 miles. I have always been a fan of SRT, so I picked up a 2012 300 SRT-8 with 9,000 miles on it. Two completely different cars, but I love it and just as fun to drive. I want to say thank you for everyone that helped me with my mods and answered all the questions I had, you guys are a great community.

Good luck with reliability. No really, my moms boyfriend drove one, lots of people do go crysler 300, maybe you can get a big old Mercedes grill and some 22's...... PS I am 54 so my moms boyfriend is..... Just giving you the ribbing you deserve. Yes now you have a fodor just not as sweet, yet roomy for the kids and such. And if you ever think the engine compartment is tight look at a hellcat....lol, or a mustang..lol

Sharp cars. I wish Ford had something comparable to the SRT models with 4 doors.

Must I remind you it's SRT-8 with the 392?

Make sure you get a set of 15" sub woofers and some curb feelers.

There is always the Taurus SHO. There is a guy who runs one at the local drag strip. He runs low 13's. I don't know what all he has had done, but it's a real sleeper 4-door.

Not bad. Good choice if the camaro isn't roomy enough.

I'd drive an SHO for sure, but it's still not the sane sort of oerformance variant like the SRT models.

They recently did a comparison between the SRT 300 and SHO - the SHO didn't do too bad. But you're right it's not a SRT.

Nice, got one along side my Camaro but opted for a v6 since its strictly a family vehicle. Great ride and comfy for sure.
